New Roots Herbals ranks among North America’s leaders for innovative, evidence-based natural health products. Combining a team of naturopathic practitioners and doctors with some of the best science and nature has to offer, they have developed a large range of product which have a lot of appeal to Chinese and APAC consumers. One of the challenges for North American brands entering the APAC is to establish a trusted relationship with consumers who are often faced with false claim. Authentic community and transparency play a big role in the success of brands in this region.

As part of a broader partnership between WPIC and New Roots Herbals, Creative Labs worked on several brand-driven initiatives to help better represent the brand and its unique story to Chinese consumers. We have worked in sync with the brand HQ to develop a company story video that presented some behind the scenes shots of the product development process that takes place in Canada, and lifestyle scenes that presented the product benefits and aspirational lifestyles for New Roots Herbal diverse target audiences.
